Description:
The Account Manager should have background and/or work-related experience in all phases of lawn maintenance, irrigation, pest, fertilization, and landscape services.
The Account Manager will be directly involved with all personnel to provide consistent communication to ensure quality and cost-effective services to our customers and communities.
Responsibilities:

Understand communities and client needs through communication with the team.

Manage account services, people, and equipment.

Coordinate with management to identify staff needs, hire personnel, and prepare schedules.

Request purchase orders to comply with company guidelines

Manage all required procedures for time sheets, billing, and schedules.

Maintain highest level of safety standards and track incidents.

Train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees

Propose/estimate new jobs and invoice completed jobs.
Required Qualifications:

Horticulture, scheduling, work order response, and estimating experience.

Community and HOA experience.

Clean Florida driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience.

Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole).
Irrigation Technician

Description:
The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for performing wet checks, basic repairs, and
troubleshooting issues throughout the community’s CPM maintains. Compensation will be based on
experience and knowledge of procedures.
Required Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of timers, valves, re-routes, and tracking wires.

Ability to perform wet checks.

Irrigation Experience and an eagerness to learn more.

Interest in working outdoors and performing manual labor.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

The Fleet Maintenance Mechanic will work out of an air-conditioned shop at our Jupiter Yard. The
mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, lawn mowers, 2-cycle equipment, and other lawn maintenance equipment.

The Pest and Fert technician is responsible for managing routes, mixing of chemicals, identification of pest, and appropriate product selection. The tech should understand rates and recall timeframe to make proactive recommendations based on the time of year.

Landscape Manager

Description:
The Landscape Manager will be directly involved with all landscaping personnel to provide consistent communication to ensure quality and cost-effective landscape services to our customers and communities. The Landscape Manager will support the Landscape division in estimating, design, plant ordering, installation, and client meetings. Landscape Manager will be directly involved in the growth of the division to include selling of services with or without maintenance contracts.
The Landscape Manager will be responsible for overseeing install crews. They will be directly responsible for scheduling, training, and developing these install crews to ensure proper knowledge and execution of the job.

Description:
The Landscape Installer will implement the design plans created by landscape designers by installing plant and hardscape materials. The Landscape Installer will be hands on in the installation and removal of materials including plants, trees, sod, mulch, and hardscaping.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with landscape equipment like augers, tillers, sod cutters, etc.

Ability to operate a bobcat.

Ability to read blueprints.
