Founded in 1977 out of pure necessity to provide a reliable and professional landscape maintenance company to serve the emerging HOA and COA communities. The mission was to be honest, offer the best service at a fair price while retaining its high quality employees. Complete Property Maintenance celebrating its 43rd year in business has firmly achieved that goal planting its roots in South Florida serving Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties with 3 centrally located offices.

 

Today, CPM continues to uphold all the same principles while firmly backing up its name. Services include: Tree Trimming, Irrigation, Fertilization, Pest Control, Landscape Design as well as regular Landscape Maintenance functions.

 

As it was over 40 years ago, CPM is focused on providing a Premiere Landscape Service to Homeowners Associations, Condo Associations, Developers and Builders. Today that focus is provided by the Corporation's President Shane Humble who brings over 15 years of Professional Landscape Management experience. Shane holds the following Certifications while sitting on the FNGLA (Florida Nursery Growers Landscape Association) Board of Directors Certification committee:

OUR LOCATIONS

• Coconut Creek – This location serves our customers in Broward County. The facility covers 5 acres and serves as our shrubs and ornamentals nursery and executive office.

• Lantana – This location serves our customers in Palm Beach County.

• Jupiter – This location serves our customers in North Palm Beach and Martin Counties. 

• Port St. Lucie - This location serves our customers in St. Lucie & Indian River Counties.

 

OUR STAFF

Much of our growth and success can be attributed to our employees. CPM has approximately 400 full time employees. The average CPM employee has been with us for 8 years. This is a high number in our industry and we are very proud of it. Employee retention allows us to provide consistent and quality service to our customers with a loyal, stable and satisfied workforce.

 

CPM continues to add experienced staff and management to ensure our customers will always receive personalized service with attention to detail. Our mobile supervisors work with our crews and communicate with our customers to achieve our goal of optimal work performance and the quality service our customers have come to expect.
