An investment in a custom landscape design can now be guaranteed for the life of your maintenance contract with CPM.
Complete Property Maintenance will guarantee that the plant materials installed during our custom landscape design installation will continue to look good and be healthy. CPM will replace materials that die with similar planting materials at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage that may result from acts of God, mandatory water restrictions, and situations outside our control.
