CPM puts effort and resources into providing quality customer services. CPM has 12 field supervisors that manage our accounts and are assigned based on geography. Each account has a supervisor assigned. The field supervisor is the first line of contact for the customer.
After Hour and Emergency Support - we have field supervisors on call after hours and on holidays to handle urgent or emergency issues.
